Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the s6x6 online gaming website accessible at s6x6.com, including all subpages, game sections, account management areas, and associated mobile interfaces.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on s6x6 or is accessing the platform for the purpose of gaming, sports betting, or related services.

• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process mandated by PAGCOR that all s6x6 players must complete before withdrawals are processed.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority responsible for licensing and regulating gambling activities in the Philippines.

Your acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the s6x6 platform or complete account registration, whichever occurs first. These Terms supersede any prior understanding, representation, or arrangement between you and s6x6, whether oral or written.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on s6x6, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, a self-excluded status on any PAGCOR-regulated platform.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of s6x6 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the s6x6 platform for any reason.

s6x6 may require Players to provide documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification documents such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) s6x6 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering an s6x6 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth.
• A valid and active Philippine mobile number.
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access.
• Your city or province of residence within the Philippines.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your s6x6 account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. s6x6 will never ask you to share your password. You must notify s6x6 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

s6x6 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects that registration details are false, where the eligibility criteria are not met, or where account activity is inconsistent with normal, legitimate gaming behaviour.

All financial transactions on the s6x6 platform are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). s6x6 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players:

• BDO Online Banking
• Metrobank Online Banking
• InstaPay
• PESONet

All funds deposited into a Player's s6x6 account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

s6x6 may from time to time offer Players bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all s6x6 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Players once per household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time window of the bonus. Bonus Funds that are not converted within the validity period will expire automatically.

• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or collusive play — will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in permanent account suspension.

s6x6 determines in its sole and final discretion whether a Player has satisfied the conditions of any promotional offer. Decisions regarding bonus eligibility, wagering completion, and forfeiture are final and binding.

All games available on the s6x6 platform — including live casino table games, slot machines, bingo, fishing arcade games, and sports betting markets — operate under specific rules that are accessible within each game or section of the platform. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

All slot games and RNG-based (Random Number Generator) games on s6x6 use certified random number generation systems that are independently tested and monitored under PAGCOR oversight. The outcomes of these games are determined entirely by chance and cannot be predicted or influenced by the Player or by s6x6.

Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studio facilities and are subject to the dealing and shuffling procedures of the respective studio provider. s6x6 does not directly control the physical dealing process in live games but ensures that all studio providers meet PAGCOR's standards for fair play.

Sports betting results on s6x6 are settled based on the official results of the relevant sporting body or authority. In the event of any dispute regarding a result, s6x6's interpretation of the official result shall be final.

s6x6 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in error, that the outcome was affected by a technical anomaly, or that the bet was placed by an ineligible player or in violation of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s6x6 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on s6x6, whether personally or through a proxy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds that originate from illegal activity or using s6x6 as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with s6x6 games or to exploit any aspect of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or system on the platform. Any winnings resulting from an identified bug must be reported to s6x6 support immediately.

s6x6 employs fraud detection, geolocation verification, and behavioural analysis systems to identify prohibited conduct. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will receive no advance warning prior to account suspension.

All content on the s6x6 platform — including but not limited to the s6x6 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, software, and code — is the exclusive property of s6x6 or its licensed content providers. All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Philippine copyright and trademark legislation.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the s6x6 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any s6x6 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on s6x6 content.

Any unauthorised use of s6x6 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable Philippine intellectual property laws. s6x6 reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

s6x6 collects, processes, and stores personal data from Players in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering an account on s6x6, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the s6x6 Privacy Policy.

The personal data s6x6 collects includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, contact details, identification documents, payment information, gaming activity, and device and connection data. This information is used to operate your account, process transactions, fulfil KYC and AML obligations, personalise your experience, and comply with PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, s6x6 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with their use of the s6x6 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from events outside s6x6's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or platform downtime.
• Actions taken by s6x6 in good-faith compliance with PAGCOR regulations, AML obligations, or law enforcement directives.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account where s6x6 has fulfilled its security obligations under these Terms.

s6x6's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit s6x6's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

s6x6 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made to these Terms, s6x6 will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address on file, or via a prominent notice on the platform, no fewer than seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by law, regulation, or PAGCOR directive.

Your continued use of the s6x6 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting s6x6 customer support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The s6x6 platform operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the s6x6 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting s6x6 customer support. s6x6 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and providing a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, or to the dispute resolution processes of PAGCOR where the matter falls within PAGCOR's jurisdiction. The Player waives any objection to the venue of such proceedings on grounds of inconvenience or otherwise.
